Gemini Gun Wash – Hose and Applicator System Cleaner

For general housekeeping:

• Simply connect your spray hose and gun/ lance to the canister as you would a canister of adhesive. Turn on the valve and pull the trigger to allow the gun wash to flow through the system whilst checking and listening for leaks.
• If a leak is present, turn off the valve immediately, tighten and re-check.
• Once connected and turned on, pull the trigger to activate the spray,  for 5 seconds.
• If the gun doesnt spray, please remove the bass spray tip from the front of the gun, and retry.
• Leave the product to stand for 10 minutes, allowing the Gun Wash to work within the hose.
• Pull the trigger again, for 10 seconds.
• Turn off the canister, pull the trigger once more to depressurise the gun and hose.
• Remove and refit to your adhesive canister. and pull the trigger for 5 seconds to start a fresh flow of adhesive.

Please note – If youre not ready to connect to an adhesive canister, please leave the gunwash system pressurised on your gun and hose until a time you are ready.

For hoses that have been stood or may be blocked please leave the gunwash attached for at least 24 hours and recheck. After 2/3 days, there is still no free flow of cleaner through the gun and hose, your hose may be beyond salvage. Please contact us for further advice.
